On Sunday 14th December 2025, Southend United’s Roots Hall Stadium once again becomes the home of laughter with another stellar night of comedy.

Guiding you through the evening is the unstoppable Michael Legge, a fearless and quick-witted MC who’ll have you laughing before the acts even hit the stage. Opening the show is the wonderfully camp and razor-sharp Russel Arathoon, whose playful, cheeky comedy has made him one of the UK circuit’s rising stars.

Closing the night is comedy royalty Bob Mills. From cult 90s TV hits (In Bed with MeDinner, Win, Lose or Draw) to his work on BBC Radio 4 and 5 Live, Mills is a master storyteller with decades of laughter under his belt. Expect sharp wit, unforgettable stories, and the kind of comic brilliance only Bob can deliver.
